Our museum is open and alive with history!

The Museum is housed on the 2nd floor of the historic Kauffman's Hardware building, located at 207 East Main Street,  New Holland PA.  Hours are Thursday and Saturday from 10 am till 2 pm or by appointment. Parking is located in the rear of the building, along with a rear entrance and elevator access. The Museum is open to the public. without an admission charge. DONATIONS ARE APPRECIATED.

 Whether you were born here, went to school here, worked here, have family ties living here or currently live here, or maybe even all of the above, we all have roots here in one way or another. If you believe the history of our town and this area is worth preserving for the future, we encourage you to visit the Museum, become a member or a volunteer and be a part of this exciting project!

An exhibit dedicated to honoring the life Garden Spot teacher and founder of the Garden Spot Performing Arts program.


A tribute to the man that positively influenced the lives of thousands of students and members of our community.

New Holland Area Historical Society Thanks "Our Neighbors!"

An exhibit that  honors the townships of Brecknock, Caernarvon, Earl and East Earl. The exhibit features maps, brief histories, and photos of historic structures and memorable individuals from each area. 

The story of the New Holland machine company

An exhibit detailing the amazing history of the New Holland Machine Company, a simple business that started locally and grew into a company known across the world for its production of machines that greatly increased the productivity and efficiency of agriculture.

An example of the classic one room school that was so prevalent during the early years of the New Holland community.
